DELIVERY, Return and Refund Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. During particularly busy periods this may be slightly longer. For UK deliveries we offer two services:

• Royal Mail 1st Class, which should take 1-2 working days after dispatch
• Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is the same as above but allows the parcel to be tracked

If you have not received your order within 10 working days please email thecoasterstore@outlook.com or message us on the website homepage.

For all international deliveries we use Royal Mail's international tracked service. The delivery time on this service varies depending on where the parcel is being sent to.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We now accept returns in exchange of replacement coasters or a refund.

We will only accept returns on the following basis:

• It is within 28 days of the items being purchased
• Coasters must be in their original condition, with no damage

You must email thecoasterstore@outlook.com with your name, the product you bought and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Once the coasters have been received back we will issue your request. You will receive a response to your email to confirm all this.
